It always brings a smile to my face when I see it, not gonna lie… And I’m not really even chasing it anymore?!
Those are all real U.S. notes up there btw. Some were meant just for xferring money between banks and not used as legal tender (like the $100,000 note – illegal to even own one!), but the others still exist in some peoples’ collections. Though much more valuable now than face value.
Except for those $2.00 notes. Those have, and forever will be, worth only $2.00 despite them feeling like they should be worth more!! They do make for fantastic tips and other gift ideas though :)

I’m not yet convinced that look at money brings happiness – although it did make laugh – I was expecting something about national debt, quantitative easing, or the wealth effect.

I’ve never really looked at larger bills. The designs are really intricate and attractive.
I was hoping that touching the money would trigger something :D
and never say never………….maybe someday they’ll stop making $2 and then as they become scarce they’ll be worth more than $2!
Have you ever seen HAWAII notes? They are regular bills from WWII that are stamped HAWAII in red on the back. If Hawaii got occupied by Japan they could declare that money void. They are fairly rare now. You would like them if you don’t have some already.
